Juvenile Court and Probation processes.

Case Opening Booklet (updated
in September 2008) is a form that helps lawyers obtain necessary
information about their clients that will help organize and familiarize lawyers with their client's
individual needs.

Release Form is a medical disclosure form that authorizes lawyers to
legally gain protected health information about their clients.

"Now That You're In Juvenile Court..." explains how the court process work for juveniles. This sheet includes
the roles of the prosecutor, probation officer, lawyer and judge as well as the process of arraignment.
